A 90-minute private consultation with Tricia, designed for the moments when you want to think something through with someone who understands this terrain from both sides.

This session is for you if you're navigating something specific — a decision you can't seem to make, a relationship dynamic that keeps surfacing, a pattern you understand intellectually but can't seem to move through. It's a space to bring the real and specific thing you're carrying and work through it with clinical clarity and genuine understanding of what emotionally immature family systems actually require.

This is not therapy. It's a thinking space — grounded in nearly 20 years of clinical experience and the kind of personal familiarity with this work that only comes from having lived it.

What to expect: 90 minutes, private, via video. Sessions are available in limited quantities and offered exclusively to active library members.
