These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your use of this website, digital content, educational materials, membership library, email communications, and any products or services sold through this platform. By accessing this site or purchasing any product or membership, you agree to the following terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully.

Note: Reflective Consultation sessions are governed by a separate Consultation Terms of Service agreement, which you will be asked to review and accept at the time of booking. In the event of any conflict between this document and the Consultation Terms of Service, the Consultation Terms of Service will govern for session-related matters.

 

Terms of Service 

1. Eligibility — 18 Years and Older 

This site and all of its products, content, and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this site or completing any purchase, you confirm that:

•  You are at least 18 years of age
•  All information you provide is accurate and truthful
•  You will not misrepresent your age, identity, or intentions

Misrepresentation of age or identity may result in removal from services without refund.

 

2. Educational Use Only 

All content provided by The Healing Eras™ — including workshops, guides, quizzes, emails, lessons, downloads, PDFs, worksheets, frameworks, and written materials — is intended for education, reflection, and personal development only.

This content is grounded in trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally responsive frameworks. We acknowledge that:

•  Emotional healing work has historically lacked cultural nuance
•  Many audiences have been marginalized or erased in mainstream healing spaces
•  Your lived experience, cultural identity, family context, and intersectional realities matter

You are encouraged to interpret and apply these materials through your own lived lens. Nothing in this content is prescriptive or universally applicable.

 

3. Not Clinical Advice 

Nothing on this site — including workshop content, written materials, frameworks, quizzes, or any other resource — constitutes:

•  Therapy or psychotherapy
•  Diagnosis or clinical assessment
•  Mental health treatment of any kind
•  Medical advice
•  Crisis intervention or emergency support

Engaging with this site, its content, or its membership does not create a therapist–client relationship of any kind. If you require clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional. If you are in crisis, please contact:

4. Reflective, Not Diagnostic 

Quizzes, frameworks, guides, and content offered by The Healing Eras™ are designed for self-awareness and reflection. They are not diagnostic or clinical instruments and should not be interpreted as definitive psychological assessments. All results and interpretations are subjective and educational in nature.

Engaging with this content may surface difficult emotions or memories. This is a normal part of reflective work. You are encouraged to seek professional support if the material feels overwhelming or activating beyond what feels manageable on your own.

 

5. Membership Library — Terms and Cancellation 

The Healing Eras™ membership library (“the Library”) is a recurring subscription product. The following terms apply to all active and prospective members:

Access and Billing 

•  Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis
•  Your membership begins on the date of your first payment
•  Access to the Library is contingent on an active, paid membership in good standing
•  Content within the Library is subject to change, addition, and occasional removal as the Library evolves

Cancellation 

•  You may cancel your membership at any time with no minimum commitment required
•  To cancel, manage your subscription through your Kajabi account settings or contact hello@thehealingeras.com
•  Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Library through the end of your current paid billing period
•  Access will not be extended beyond the end of the final paid billing period under any circumstances
•  Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid

Refunds 

Membership fees are non-refundable. Because the Library is a digital content product with immediate access upon purchase, no refunds will be issued for any billing period once access has been granted. Please review the Library description carefully before subscribing.

Discontinuation 

In the unlikely event that The Healing Eras™ discontinues the Library entirely, active members will be given a minimum of 30 days written notice and will not be charged beyond that notice period.

 

6. Digital Products — Payment and Refund Policy 

All one-time digital purchases — including downloads, PDFs, guides, and standalone resources — are:

•  Final sale upon purchase
•  Non-refundable
•  Non-transferable

Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have a question about whether a product is right for you, contact hello@thehealingeras.com before purchasing.

 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website and within the membership Library is the exclusive property of The Healing Eras™ and is protected under U.S. copyright law. This includes but is not limited to:

•  Workshop videos and audio recordings
•  Written content, frameworks, and scripts
•  Quizzes, guides, and PDF downloads
•  Worksheets and practical tools
•  Email content and newsletters
•  Branding, visual assets, and design elements
•  Course and membership content in any format

You may use all materials for your own personal development only. You may not copy, distribute, repurpose, teach, sell, upload, share, or reproduce any materials in any public or commercial capacity without prior written permission from The Healing Eras™.

8. User Conduct 

By using this site, its content, or the membership Library, you agree not to engage in:

•  Misuse or redistribution of intellectual property
•  Any illegal or harmful behavior in connection with this platform
•  Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate proprietary content or frameworks

The Healing Eras™ reserves the right to remove users from the membership Library, email lists, or any associated digital spaces for violations of these conduct expectations, without refund.

 

9. Feedback and Dispute Resolution 

The Healing Eras™ is committed to a high-quality experience for every member and client. If you have concerns about any product, content, or interaction, you are encouraged to reach out privately before pursuing any public statement or dispute.

You agree not to make knowingly false, fabricated, or maliciously misleading statements — whether public or private — that misrepresent your experience with The Healing Eras™ or damage its reputation through deliberate inaccuracy. 10. Indemnification and Waiver of Liability 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Healing Eras™, its owner(s), contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

•  Your personal, relational, emotional, or financial decisions made in connection with this content

11. Email and Communication Policy 

When you opt in to any list or complete a purchase, you consent to receive:

•  Service and access emails related to your purchase or membership
•  Product receipts and billing notifications
•  Content and communications related to active products you have purchased
•  Optional marketing emails — you may unsubscribe at any time

All emails are delivered through secure third-party providers including Kajabi. You will never receive unsolicited communications from third parties as a result of your relationship with The Healing Eras™.

 

12. Modifications to These Terms 

The Healing Eras™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made:

•  The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised
•  Active members and customers will be notified by email of any material changes
•  Continued use of this site or the membership Library following notice of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement

 

13. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of the State of Wisconsin.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action.

 

Privacy Policy 

This Privacy Policy describes how The Healing Eras™ collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use this website, purchase products, or access the membership Library.

 

14. Information We Collect 

We may collect the following types of information:

•  Name and email address — when you opt in, purchase, or create an account
•  Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store payment card data
