The Healing Eras

New This Month!

There’s a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from understanding everything and still feeling stuck.

You've done the reading. You know the framework. You can name the pattern while you're inside it — and something still hasn't settled.

This is for that.

What the Library is

A growing collection of workshops, practical tools, and decision guides for adult children of emotionally immature parents — built for the moments when understanding the dynamic still doesn't tell you what to do next.

Most boundary scripts fall apart in this relationship. Most healing resources weren't built with the nuance this dynamic actually requires.

This one was.

Built by a trauma therapist of nearly 20 years who is also an adult child herself and who built exactly what she needed when it didn't exist.

New Workshops + Tools Added Every Month

The Workshop Collection

Short, focused workshops running 16–22 minutes each — built around the specific moments, patterns, and decision points that come up most. You don’t need to start at the beginning or watch everything. Look at the titles and start with whatever feels most alive right now.

Your Toolkit

Worksheets, frameworks, and practical tools from across the library. Something to reach for when you need grounding and clarity quickly — not just insight, but something you can actually use.

Regulate & Rest

Guided meditations and affirmations designed to bring you back to yourself. This is where you come when your nervous system needs somewhere quiet to land before you can think clearly about anything else.

The Foundation

The core language and framework that underpins everything in the Library. If you want to understand the why beneath the work — start here.

Member 1:1 Consultation Rate

Active library members receive exclusive access to a discounted rate on private Consultation sessions with Tricia — 90-minute one-on-one sessions available in limited quantities each season. Details and booking available inside the library.

This Library was built for you if:

You are an adult child of an emotionally immature parent — and you’re tired of advice that wasn’t designed for your situation.

You already understand the dynamics at play. What you’re looking for is a space that can hold that understanding with you, consistently, without asking you to be further along than you are.

You don’t need to be in crisis to be here. You don’t need to have it figured out. You just need to be someone who is quietly, persistently doing this work — and who would rather not keep doing it entirely alone.

This Library is not:

Need crisis intervention or clinical mental health treatment

Intended for use by people under 18 years of age

*The Healing Eras Library is an educational resource, not a therapeutic service. If you need clinical support, please seek a licensed mental health professional.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No. The Healing Eras Library is an educational resource. It isn’t therapy, coaching, or clinical treatment of any kind. If you need clinical support, please seek a licensed mental health professional.

Do I have to start at the beginning?

No. The Library is designed to be navigated by feel. Start with whatever workshop title resonates most with what you’re currently navigating. There’s no right order.

What if I’m already in therapy?

The Library can work well alongside therapy as a complementary thinking and stabilization space. Many people find that having a place to process between sessions is genuinely useful.

How often is new content added?

New workshops and resources are added every month. The Library is built around a 12-month content calendar with themes drawn from the patterns that come up most in this work.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time through your account settings and you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Is there a refund policy?

Because the Library provides immediate digital access upon purchase, membership fees are non-refundable. Please review the Library description carefully before subscribing. Full terms are available in the Terms of Service.

I’m not sure this is right for me — what should I do?

If you’re reading this page and something is resonating, that’s usually meaningful information. The Library is designed for people who think deeply and are already doing this work in some form. If that’s you — you’re probably in the right place.

About Tricia

You already understand what's happening in your family dynamic. You can name the patterns, the guilt, the conditioning. And you still freeze when it's actually happening.

That gap — between understanding and being able to act from yourself in the real moment — is what I built The Healing Eras for.

I'm Tricia Schutz, MSW LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker and trauma therapist with nearly 20 years of experience. I know this work from both directions: from the therapy office and from the inside of the dynamic itself.

Clinically, I've worked across nearly every corner of the mental health system — hospitals, schools, outpatient programs, community-based care, and private practice. My work is grounded in evidence-based frameworks and translates the neuroscience of trauma and nervous system conditioning into language and tools that are actually usable in real life.

Personally, I've sat where you're sitting. I've done the intellectual work and still gotten pulled back into the role. I built the tools I needed when I was going through it and couldn't find them anywhere else.

That's not a marketing line . . . it's why this exists.

The Healing Eras is not therapy. But it's built with the same care, clinical grounding, and ethical standards I brought to the therapy office, combined with the practical tools and direct language that most clinical settings don't offer.

If you're ready to move from understanding the dynamic to being able to act from yourself inside it — you're in the right place.
